As a recipient of federal funds, PennDOT strives to involve all groups relevant to its projects in its public involvement activities. The following information will assist PennDOT in planning outreach to communities during the course of the project. Thank you for your participation.

Comments are due by May 25, 2024, when the comment period closes. Comments may be submitted using the online form, by emailing jzakovitch@pa.gov, or by mailing to Joshua Zakovitch, P.E., Project Manager, PA Department of Transportation, Engineering District 12-0, 825 N. Gallatin Avenue, Uniontown, PA 15401. Additional project information is available online at https://www.route30projects.com/designing-1.html. All comments submitted by the May 25 deadline will receive equal consideration regardless of the method of submission. After the comment period closes on May 25, responses to comments will be prepared and included in the NEPA decision document, which will be posted on the project website.
