PennDOT Innovations Challenge Submission Form

Students must work together in teams (minimum of two up to a maximum of four individuals) to develop their innovative solution that addresses the identified challenge.

To enter the challenge, teams must complete the below PennDOT Innovations Challenge Submission Form, which includes attaching a description of no more than 750 words outlining the innovative strategy, and its benefits and cost-effectiveness.

Note: Each team must identify a faculty adviser who will need to submit the form on the team's behalf. Advisers will also need to upload a signed Innovations Challenge Release Form and PennDOT Photo and Video Release Form (PDF) for each team member. Participants under 18 years of age will need to have a parent or guardian sign the forms.
